To keep our production sharp and future-ready, we are now looking for a skilled Production & Supply Chain Coordinator to strengthen our team in Ballerup. 

Your role at Dynatest
As Production & Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be the link between purchasing, production, and product development. Your main responsibility is to keep our master data (parts lists, drawings, ERP routes) updated and to ensure smooth integration of new products into production. You’ll play a vital role in planning, coordination, and quality assurance—making sure our operations run seamlessly and orders are delivered on time.

You will work closely with our COO, supply chain colleagues, mechanical designers, R&D, and the technical team, so strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.

Your key responsibilities

• Integrate new products into production, ensuring accurate ERP route setups
• Maintain and update master data in ERP systems (Navision)
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, parts lists, and quality control materials in collaboration with the teams
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to address and resolve production issues quickly
• Ensure production uses the best possible mechanical components and resources

Professional qualifications

• Relevant education—possibly as a Mechanical Engineer, Production Technologist, Purchasing Coordinator, or similar
• Experience from a manufacturing company producing technical equipment
• Strong technical understanding and familiarity with IT systems (Navision and Excel in particular)
• Project management and resource coordination experience

Finally, you have a strong technical understanding and are accustomed to IT systems, particularly Navision and Excel. You have already acquired experience in project management and resource coordination from previous roles.

You are comfortable communicating in Danish and English, both in writing and speaking.
