QHSE Manager

You will play a Key Role in advancing Dyntest's QHSE performance in close cooperation with R&D, production, suppliers, and management.  

At Dynatest, we are dedicated to developing software and pavement testing equipment in our production facilities located in Ballerup. Understanding the condition of the pavement through accurate and valid test data enables engineers all over the world to understand and plan the maintenance of infrastructure. 

We are seeking a QHSE Manager to continue the journey of further developing our range of pavement testing equipment and with a primary focus on quality in our production as well as maintaining focus on a safe work environment.

Areas of Responsibility
The purpose of the role as QHSE Manager is to ensure continuous development and maintenance of the Management System employed by Dynatest to support certifications in accordance with the ISO Standards 9001 Quality, 14001 Environment, and 45001 Occupational Health and Safety. 

The QHSE Manager is expected to facilitate internal and external audits and support the organization with documentation and revision of internal processes and procedures. 
Furthermore, the QHSE Manager will be responsible for facilitating the Occupational Health and Safety Organization (AMO) in Dynatest.

Using your expertise and experience, you will play a crucial role in leading projects, and overseeing planning and execution. Your work will involve close collaboration with diverse colleagues and teams.

Responsibility
As QHSE Manager your main responsibilities include:

  • The functionality and effectiveness of the Management System, including documentation management and sub-systems for handling non-conformance, accidents, and incidents.
  • Supporting the organization in the use of the Management System.
  • Ensure that processes and procedures are compliant with relevant requirements.
  • Facilitating Internal- and External Audits
     

Tasks
As QHSE Manager your primary tasks will include:

  • Coordinate and facilitate internal audits and report on conclusions hereof.
  • Participate in external audits of the Management System.
  • Continuous development and maintenance of the Management System.
  • Handle internal communication of changes to the Management System.
  • Ensure adequate handling of non-conformance within quality, health, safety and environment.
  • Ensure adequate handling of accidents, near-miss incidents and other safety-related observations.
  • Ensure that processes and procedures are aligned with the Management Systems’ requirements.
  • Ensure adequate documentation of processes and procedures.


Secondary Tasks include:

  • Provide support to colleagues in the use of the Management System.
  • Participate in the conduction of workplace assessments (APV)
  • Ensure that the QHSE-pages on SharePoint is regularly updated.
  • Monitor relevant changes to laws and regulations with relevance to QHSE.
  • Coordinate efforts to ensure compliance with changes to laws and regulations.
  • Ensure that the chemical database and relevant risk measures are updated.
  • Facilitate onboarding of new employees including an introduction to the Management System


Your profile and background
You may have an educational background in engineering or any other relevant field, along with experience with technical products. Knowledge of the ISO Standards 9001, 14001, and 45001. Experience with internal and external auditing as a lead auditor. 

Proficient in both written and spoken English.
Understanding of technical products and electronics knowledge is preferred. 
It will be an advantage if you have experience in using and building systems in the IPW platform.

Working hours and place
The position is based on 37 hours per week, and you report to the Director of Business Excellence at Dynatest A/S. Your daily base will be at our HQ office in Ballerup.
